Super Real Graphics Presents: GNOME

Super Real Graphics has been publishing comic books to the direct market since November 2005, and in April 2008, they start a new publishing venture, a series of original graphic novels (OGN's) entitled SUPER REAL GRAPHICS PRESENTS, showcasing creator owned works in a 64 page, full color, digest sized format.

The first offering will be SUPER REAL GRAPHICS PRESENTS: GNOME by artist/writer Dave Dwonch (Special Education) and cover artist Super Ugly.

Gnome will be available via Diamond Comic Distributors February Previews catalog for shipping in April 2008, with a cover price of $6.99.

From the product description/solicitation:
Gnomes are real! Believed to be simple yard decorations, these “Garden Gnomes” once roamed the Earth as its greatest protectors. Long ago a curse was placed upon them, petrifying them until the day they were needed to protect the Earth once more. In 1956 the world was in peril… and one lonely gnome answered the call.

Gnome is a tale that promises to enchant children of all ages.
Publisher Jason Martin on Gnome, and Super Real Graphics Presents, "Gnome is an all ages book, with smart concepts, scripting, and design, that can appeal to young, old, male or female, it's a well rounded, enchanting tale, that will win over many hearts, and is a perfect example of what Super Real Graphics new line of original books is about! I'm truly ecstatic to offer Gnome, and future works in this new reader and retailer friendly format, and sincerely hope that Super Real Graphics Presents can grow into a brand that both can trust. Gnome is a huge step in that direction!"

Stay tuned to this space for information, and previews on our first book, Gnome!

Just finished reading it. It was really fun to read. The art was enjoyable and the end, who'd be really goofy in other stories, was a blast here !

So thanks a lot, for the story. I really appreciated it.

Gnome is what comics should be: nicely drawn, fun and exicting to read.
